After receiving updates from the National Weather Service and local officials, Medina Valley ISD campuses and district offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 21.

We will continue to monitor local weather and roadway conditions throughout the day Tuesday into Wednesday to determine if we will have school and return to normal operations on January 22. We will provide updates through ParentSquare, the district website and on social media.

We are excited to announce Medina Valley ISD becomes one of the finalist chosen for the H-E-B Excellence in Education Awards.

Congratulations to Jessica Maple awarded our 2024-2025 Campus Teacher of the Year!

Our eighth grade students gazed upon engines, interactive games, robots and more during Core4STEM on the Boeing Center at Tech Port.

Veterans were honored across our campuses with parades, lunches and student performances to remember those who served last week.

Open House took place on Sept. 25 at MVISD middle schools where families could view class projects and learn about activities students do in the classroom.

Loma Alta MS teacher and coach, Mrs. Sonia Chapa received the Excel Award at their campus pep rally. The Award was presented by KENS 5 and a check by Credit Human.

The Purple Star has been awarded to 6 campuses at Medina Valley Independent School District for 2024-2025.
